TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction
These Terms govern your access to Underexposed (“the Program”), operated by Frederik Trovatten.
By purchasing or accessing the Program, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to purchase or access the Program.
3. Access and Licensing
Your purchase grants you 12 months of access to the Program.
After 12 months, access ends unless you renew.
Your license is personal, non-transferable, and non-shareable.
You may not:
Share login credentials
Upload, copy, or distribute course materials
Sell, transfer, or sublicense any content
Violation may result in removal without refund.
4. Payments
All payments are final except where covered by the Refund Policy.
VAT or applicable taxes may apply depending on your location.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed exclusively by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Program Modifications
We may update, replace, or modify lessons, templates, or any part of the Program at any time.
Updates do not trigger refunds.
7. Community Conduct
If the Program includes community access, you agree to:
Communicate respectfully
Avoid harassment, discrimination, and abusive behavior
Avoid spam or unsolicited promotions
Follow moderator instructions
We may remove any user who violates these rules. Removal for misconduct is not eligible for a refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All Program materials are owned by Frederik Trovatten, including:
Videos
Text
Templates
Workshop replays
Downloads
Branding and design elements
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly share any material without written permission.
9. No Guarantees
The Program teaches marketing and creative strategies.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, visibility, income, or business performance.
Results depend on your own effort and application.
10. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection, modern browser, and compatible device.
We are not responsible for access issues caused by local hardware or network conditions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Danish law:
The Program is provided “as is.”
We are not liable for business interruption, loss of income, or consequential damages.
12. Privacy
Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or rent personal information.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
Any disputes will be resolved in Danish courts.

REFUND POLICY

1. Overview
Underexposed is an annual-access digital marketing program for photographers. Refunds are available within a defined window and under specific conditions designed to protect both the student and the integrity of the program.
2. Refund Window
You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
After 30 days, all sales are final.
3. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund, you must demonstrate one of the following:
You made a genuine effort to apply the lessons but did not find the material valuable for your photography business.
You completed part of the course, attempted the strategies, and can provide brief documentation showing your attempt (screenshots, drafts, notes, examples of implementation).
4. What Does Not Qualify
Refunds will not be issued if:
You consumed the material but made no attempt to apply it.
You request a refund after the 30-day window.
You were removed for violating community guidelines.
You purchased through a third-party platform that handles refunds separately.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email frederik@trovatten.com with:
Full name
Email used at purchase
Transaction ID or receipt
A brief explanation and documentation of your attempt to apply the material
Refunds are processed within 7 business days once approved.
6. Credit Option
You may choose course credit instead of a cash refund. Credit may be applied to future Underexposed products or workshops.
7. Consumer Law
If Danish consumer protection laws offer additional rights, those rights apply.
