Membership terms

1. Introduction

These Terms govern your access to Underexposed (“the Program”), operated by Frederik Trovatten. By purchasing or accessing the Program, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase or access the Program.

3. Access and Licensing

Your access follows the trial and membership periods described in Payments & Cancellations below.

Your license is personal, non-transferable, and non-shareable.

You may not:

  • Share login credentials
  • Upload, copy, or distribute course materials
  • Sell, transfer, or sublicense any content

Violation may result in removal, subject to the Refund Policy and Your Rights sections below.

4. Payments & Cancellations

Underexposed offers a 7-day free trial. Cancel before your trial ends and you pay nothing. If you do not cancel, you will be charged $199 USD for your enrollment and first month of membership.

If you choose instant access without a trial, the $199 enrollment payment is charged when you purchase.

Membership then automatically renews at $29 USD per month, with the first renewal one month after the $199 enrollment charge. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

You can cancel anytime inside your account or by contacting frederik@trovatten.com to stop future charges. When you cancel future renewals, access continues through your paid period. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous payments, subject to your rights below.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and Your Rights sections below, which form part of these Terms.

6. Program Modifications

We may update, replace, or modify lessons, templates, or any part of the Program at any time. Updates do not trigger refunds, subject to the Your Rights section below.

7. Community Conduct

If the Program includes community access, you agree to:

  • Communicate respectfully
  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, and abusive behavior
  • Avoid spam or unsolicited promotions
  • Follow moderator instructions

We may remove any user who violates these rules. Removal for misconduct does not qualify for a discretionary refund, subject to the Refund Policy and Your Rights sections below.

8. Intellectual Property

All Program materials are owned by Frederik Trovatten, including:

  • Videos
  • Text
  • Templates
  • Workshop replays
  • Downloads
  • Branding and design elements

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly share any material without written permission.

9. No Guarantees

The Program teaches marketing and creative strategies. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, visibility, income, or business performance. Results depend on your own effort and application.

10. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection, modern browser, and compatible device. We are not responsible for access issues caused by local hardware or network conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Danish law:

  • The Program is provided “as is.”
  • We are not liable for business interruption, loss of income, or consequential damages.

12. Privacy

Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent personal information.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be resolved in Danish courts.

REFUND POLICY

Last updated: 10 October 2026.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, or a refund promise or guarantee applicable to your purchase provides otherwise, enrollment fees and membership payments are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer discretionary refunds solely because you:

  • Forgot to cancel before your free trial ended or a renewal charge.
  • Changed your mind.
  • Did not log in, watch the videos, or use the community.
  • Did not achieve a specific photography or business result.

We may choose to issue a refund or credit as a gesture of goodwill in an individual case. Such accommodations are at our discretion and do not change our standard policy or create an entitlement to future refunds or credits.

Your Rights

These terms do not remove any mandatory consumer rights or protections available under applicable law, including mandatory protections in your country of residence. Any applicable statutory withdrawal rights and remedies for faulty, misdescribed, or undelivered content or services remain unaffected.

You may exercise an applicable statutory withdrawal right by sending a clear statement of your decision to frederik@trovatten.com.

Earlier Purchases

This policy applies to new enrollments made after its publication. Any refund promise, guarantee, or contractual rights applicable to an earlier purchase remain unaffected.
