Before you select which camera to with it is important to think about what type of photography or videography you will use it for. Amazon.com is not a bad place to start since Amazon is amazing at gathering reviews.
But if I were to my a list of the best cheap cameras, or affordable or whatever, this would be my top 5.

The reason I put the Ricoh GR II in the first place of best cheap cameras, is simply because this small camera is one of the best cameras when it comes to value for money. I own the Ricoh GR and I also wrote a review and shared some photos from here. A cool thing about this camera is that is very cheap, takes amazing photos and can fit in your pocket. I use this camera for travel, portrait & street photography. Did I mention this digital camera also comes with cool built-in black and white filters?
